Emma has no clue that there is "punkin" or "cupin" in them.
Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins a.k.a. "Legendary" Muffins
1 2/3 C. flour
1 C. Sugar
1 T pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 t. baking powder
1/4 t. salt
2 eggs
1 C. pumpkin
1/2 C. butter melted
3/4 C. mini chocolate chips (if they aren't mini, they aren't legendary)
1/2 C. nuts (optional, or in my house sadly a no)
Bake 20-25 min. at 350 degrees.
